Danté Valor Named Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of ParTee Shack and Its Sister Brand, Battle & Birdie

RALEIGH, N.C. – June 1, 2025ParTee Shack, the fast-growing family entertainment company known for its one-of-a-kind mini golf and arcade experiences, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Danté Valor to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this executive role, Valor will oversee all marketing efforts for both ParTee Shack and its innovative sister brand, Battle & Birdie, set to launch this summer in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Since joining ParTee Shack in 2023, Valor has been the driving force behind the brand’s explosive growth. He scaled the company’s Instagram from 3,000 to over 120,000 followers in under two years, secured several brand partnership deals, spearheaded a hefty rebranding, and helped turn a single-location concept into a multi-state operation. Under his marketing leadership, the company will soon operate five locations across North Carolina and South Carolina, with plans for more underway.

“I’m incredibly honored to be named Chief Marketing Officer and thankful for the opportunity given to me by co-founders John Berger and Jimmy Garcia, but this isn’t just a title change,” said Valor. “It’s the beginning of a larger vision for how we scale creativity and redefine fun across the Southeast. I see ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie not just as entertainment brands but as lifestyle platforms with national potential.”

Valor holds two master’s degrees from the University of Denver—one in Marketing and another in Public Relations—along with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Most recently, he served as the Area Command Communications Director for The Salvation Army of Greater Winston-Salem, and was also contracted by several other companies to scale and drive revenue across industries including entertainment, hospitality, and nonprofit.

“I’ve always believed that marketing is equal parts data and drama,” said Valor. “Whether it’s a nonprofit, a local theater, or a fast-scaling entertainment company, my mission is the same: move people.”

As a first-time CMO, Valor will guide brand development, campaign strategy, and partnership growth for both ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie. He will also lead the expansion of the sales and marketing teams, further professionalizing the brand’s creative engine.

While some upcoming initiatives remain confidential, the new Chief Marketing Officer hinted at what’s ahead:

  • Aggressive expansion across the Southeastern U.S.
  • A branded beer venture
  • High-profile partnerships with national entertainment and beverage companies
  • National media campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Unique collectables and seasonal activations across all venues

“We’re not here to play small,” Valor added. “We’re aiming to turn ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie into the go-to brands for experiential entertainment in the Southeast—and eventually, nationally. The 9-figure vision is real, and we’re building toward it. As Chief Marketing Officer, I aim to get us there.”
