Deposits are non-refundable; however, if you need to reschedule, we’ll gladly apply your deposit toward a new date within 90 days of the original event date.
No outside food or beverages are permitted at any time. A single celebratory dessert (such as a cake or cupcakes) is allowed and may be stored in our refrigerator upon request.
Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your event. Additional guests will be accommodated, when possible, but will incur additional charges.

ParTees begin with time in the seating area. Pizza is served at the start of your time so you can relax, eat, and celebrate without feeling rushed. Once the seating time wraps up, the fun continues with your chosen activities!
Guests have one hour in the ParTee room and usually spend 2-3 total hours in-facility.

Yes — all go kart drivers must sign a waiver before racing.
Each go kart race is 8 minutes of full-throttle fun.

During your 3-month commitment, your tier is locked. Once that’s complete, if you’d like to move to a lower tier, we can help you in person.
Yes—anytime. You can move up to a higher tier whenever you’re ready, even mid-commitment. We’ll prorate the difference for the current month, and you’ll be billed at the new tier going forward.
No. Memberships are tied to the individual who signs up and can’t be transferred.
If your child has a ParTee Shack membership, you can purchase a one-day Parent Pass to play alongside them. It’s a single-day pass for the parent only—no membership required, no commitment. Just show up, grab a pass, and play.
No. Go-kart races are only available to book one at a time in person. Mini golf is unlimited and is also only available using the membership in person.
You’ll be charged on the same calendar day each month that you originally signed up. Sign up on the 12th, get billed on the 12th.

Yes. Memberships only apply to the individual member—perks don’t extend to family or friends. If your child is the member and you’d like to join them on the course, grab a Parent Day Pass for the day.
No blackout days. Members are welcome any day we’re open. On rare occasions, ParTee Shack may close for a private event. When that happens, we’ll post it in advance on our website and update our Google and Apple Maps hours so you’ll always know before you head out.
Yes, there is a 3% card fee on memberships.
