Danté Valor Triangle Business Journal 2026 Corporate Leadership Award

RALEIGH, N.C. – September 19, 2026 – Danté Valor, Chief Marketing Officer of ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie, has been named a 2026 Corporate Leadership Award honoree by the Triangle Business Journal. Honorees are nominated and selected based on company growth, leadership, and community impact across the Triangle region. The program, previously known as the CEO of the Year and C-Suite Awards, recognizes C-level executives who drive growth at their organizations while contributing to the Triangle community.

At 30, Valor is the youngest honoree in the award’s history and the only chief marketing officer recognized in the 2025 and 2026 classes. He was honored alongside senior executives from across the region, including the COO of Golden Corral and the CEO of APC Towers.

Valor joined ParTee Shack as Marketing Director in 2023, when it was the company’s only brand, and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2025. He leads marketing, brand, creative, and sales across the portfolio. Under his direction, the company grew into an eight figure business and established two innovative and popular brands in ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie.

Valor led the development and launch of Battle & Birdie, which generated $500,000 in revenue in its first 45 days of operation. The brand strength he built has attracted national attention, including outreach from Shark Tank, and has earned the company significant concessions from real estate developers who view ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie as anchor tenants for their properties.

A former videographer and photographer, Valor built the brands’ content engine from the ground up, directing and producing much of the early photo and video work himself.

Outside the company, Valor regularly lectures and mentors students at NC State’s Poole College of Management, working with several professors and the university’s American Marketing Association chapter.

“This recognition belongs to the team that builds these brands every day,” said Valor. “ParTee Shack and Battle & Birdie exist because we refused to make generic entertainment, and the Triangle has rewarded that.”

Honorees were celebrated at the Triangle Business Journal’s awards dinner on September 10, 2026. The full Triangle Business Journal profile is available here. Triangle Business Journal subscribers can view the full list of 2026 honorees here.
